Max is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in developing and managing high-performing teams and client relationships in the private sector. He has lived and worked in Argentina, Mexico, and in the last 20 years in the United States.

As the former Chief Commercial Officer for Latin America at a Fortune 500 firm specializing in risk capital and human capital, Max achieved success through both collaboration and individual contributions. He is a respected business advisor with extensive experience delivering tangible results in client retention, revenue growth, and margin expansion across the US and Latin America. Max is also recognized as a people-centric leader, passionate about mentoring and developing colleagues.

 

Currently, Max provides consulting and coaching services to small, family-owned, and startup companies, focusing on business models and growth strategies to help them realize their full potential. He also serves as a board member and plays an active leadership role in the innovative IT recruitment firm Talent Connect.

 

Passionate about continuous learning and development, Max has consistently expanded his expertise throughout his career. He holds a degree in Marketing from Argentina, an MBA from Chile, and has completed Executive Education at Harvard. Additionally, he has trained in Business Models at Tec de Monterrey, Digital Marketing at Simpliv, and International Business at FIU. Max is also a certified Business Coach and has studied Artificial Intelligence.
